Job DescriptionSr. Manager Strategic Planning, Community Lead Generator (CLG) focused will support the local Medicare Markets' CLGs in driving Aetna DSNP sales through orchestrating Center of Influence and local community relationship opportunity with Aetna's Field Sales Representatives and preferred brokers. This position is responsible for creating strategy, tactics, training, and optimizing performance with the assigned CLGs for local grassroots DSNP lead generation.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,400Maximum: 158,300Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
