Job DescriptionThe Credentialing Specialist is responsible for a variety of tasks and functions that comprise the oversight and administration of CVS Caremark's pharmacy recredentialing program. This position supports compliance with the delegated credentialing responsibilities of our Managed Medicaid clients in accordance with Title 42 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Chapter IV Medicare & Medicaid Services, Department of Health & Human Services, Subchapter C, Part 455, Subpart B and E.This position has a heavy emphasis on client reporting, and data management. Responsibilities include monitoring pharmacy response progress, maintain accurate credentialing records, respond to pharmacy questions, and provide pharmacies with technical support related to recredentialing submission.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 40,560Maximum: 81,100Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications5+ years professional work experience.Microsoft Office - Proficient in Excel, Access, Word, and SQL Server Management Studio.Self-Disciplined with strong organization skills, ability to meet strict deadlines. High level of productivity, responsibility, attendance, and dependability.Proactive work ethic and self-motivated; ownership of the position , and a positive attitude. High focus on detail, accuracy, and quality.Good written/verbal communication skills.
