Job DescriptionDo you want to make a large impact in your next role? Join CVS Health on our high-performing Client Profitability and Pricing Team, which supports critical functions within the PBM Underwriting Department. As the Client Profitability and Pricing Manager, you will be part of our PBM Underwriting Team. This position will provide strategic support to the department and execute on new processes to mitigate risk. The primary focus of the role is to achieve process efficiency and accuracy - critical factors to the success of the organization. As an individual contributor, you will have the opportunity to use your analytical skills and logic to analyze the business, solve problems, and present recommendations. This position will work closely with cross-functional business partners at all levels of the organization. Responsibilities include:- Supporting regular cadence of audit tasks - Developing reporting, metrics, and audit methodology to assist in review of quality control- Providing project management support for risk mitigation and pricing strategies- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and recommending changes - Performing production functions which include but are not limited to Salesforce case management and implementation- Performing other duties as assigned or determined by business needs This role requires someone with superior analytical skills, quantitative skills, logic, and problem-solving skills, including the highest level of attention to detail and the ability to deliver on multiple and competing priorities.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 126,600Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications3 years of PBM or Healthcare Experience 3-5 years of quality assurance experienceExperience communicating reports to various leadership teams.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
