Job DescriptionOverall responsibility will be to manage the relationship with the customer and provide consultative solutions throughout the year. Roles and Responsibilities- Provide consultative solutions for our customers on an on-going basis.- Manage a block of business of groups with 10 lives or less.- Be a subject matter expert on our products and services.- Manage renewals and identify growth opportunities on the assigned block of business- Communicate/educate customers on Aetna International products, policies, and processes.- Handle and resolve escalated issues related to eligibility, billing and service related matters.- Maintain detailed account records utilizing SalesForce.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 38,700Maximum: 77,400Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
