Job DescriptionAetna's Medicare Stars Team is growing and expanding This is exciting opportunity to join a high performing, collaborative team as a Tableau / Webi Reports Developer. This position will be responsible for implementation and support of reporting technologies that enable Medicare Stars enterprise environments to meet service level agreements while positioning to be responsive and proactive to changing business requirements.- Lead and execute the successful strategy for delivery of analyses and analytic solutions to meet business needs for Aetna's Medicare business partners. - Lead strategy and interacts directly with key high-level stakeholders, end-users and colleagues to design and develop dashboards in Tableau. - Apply advanced technical, analytical and consultative skills utilizing an extensive knowledge of healthcare data, Tableau and information systems to develop and deliver reporting components that satisfy business needs within defined SLAs. - Extensive knowledge of data visualization techniques and visual design concepts using Tableau- Leads the design and development of user friendly dashboards using complex health care datasets from different Medicare data sources- Creates high performance Tableau reports that address strategic and tactical business needs - Leads the development of reusable templates, make recommendations for connected dashboards and self-service reporting for business partners- Evaluates dashboard performance periodically and improve dashboard load/refresh times- Leads Cross function/segment group facilitation/presentation to increase awareness and promote adoption of Tableau dashboards- Proactively builds and maintains internal and external relationships across all lines of business as the primary point of contact for all key stakeholders - Leads and presents outcomes/results of statistical models on intuitive dashboards - Mentors internal development team and promotes opportunities- Implements best practices to ensure dashboard design consistency across all dashboards for best user experience- Very good understanding of relational data structures and skilled in writing complex data analysis queriesPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 126,600Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required QualificationsRequired Qualifications :- 3 to 5 years experience with the Tableau reporting toolOR- 3 to 5 years experience with the Business Objects/WebI Suite of ToolsAND- 3 to 5 years experience with SQL:- Proficient in writing SQL with either DB2 or SQL server databases- Experience with Tableau: Designing and Developing Dashboards using Tableau Desktop for various organizational metrics and indicators using best practices and industry standards- Experience with SAP / Webi: Experience will include Universe design tool, Information design tool, Web Intelligence (Webi), BI launchpad (business intelligence), scheduling and Publications- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and negotiate across the business and in the external health care environment.- Strong reporting skills using Excel, Access, Word and/or PowerPoint- Contributes and creates a motivated work environment within the teamPreferred Qualifications- 5 or more years of healthcare, health insurance, or relevant combination of experience- Experience with Business Objects/Webi and/or Cloud technologies is preferred.- Strong analytical and debugging skills with proven experience in diagnostic and troubleshooting experience in software and enterprise environments.- 1-3 years web and systems engineering experience in distributed enterprise environments.- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability.EducationDegree in Computer Science, HealthCare Informatics, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, degree and/or equivalent work experience in infrastructure technology disciplines.Business OverviewBring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
