Job DescriptionThe Underwriting Business Technology team is looking for a Project Manager to drive enhancements across the Legacy Underwriting application portfolio. The Underwriting Business Technology team supports both our legacy tools and reporting for the underwriting system supporting Caremark's 110 million customers. In this role, you will be frequently engaging with various stakeholders and frequently working under tight deadlines. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Coordinate updates across all the different steps in the model to ensure synchronicity (and align timing where possible). Play a critical role in managing an audit process so that we are ensuring the intended execution within the models. Communicate issues and to dos across the teams, follow up with team members to make sure they understand what they need to do and ensure that they complete that action on time, Track issues and key assumption changes as they arise, coordinate the sizing of those as necessary, and ensure strong communication and documentation surrounding those issues. Drive planning activities, including convening meetings, developing agendas and material, and developing reports or support specific teams with tracking and monitoring initiatives Ensure appropriate project deliverables are created, utilized by leaders and are updated over time as each project grows. Oversee the development and tracking of timelines and milestone with key internal and external partners to address project objectivesPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,400Maximum: 158,300Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required QualificationsTo be successful, you will need to bring a solid understanding the PBM business models, a customer-centric mindset, and an ability to drive forward technical solutions. Listening to understand the unique ways our UW and UW Analytics partners utilize the models/reporting needs and influencing solutions will be critical, as well as ensuring the execution is flawless. You will also need to be proven in your ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines with appropriate level of delegation to team members. Required Qualifications: At least 5+ years of experience leading program management efforts within a large organization. Ability to ascend a learning curve of a highly complex business Exceptional people leadership skills Ability to build relationships and get engagement from our stakeholders through informal and formal communication (use multiple forms of communication to drive urgency and comfortable escalating as required) Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including bringing clarity to complex situations, translating business partner feedback into technical requirements, and effectively managing high stress situations Detail-oriented and taking an ownership mindset for driving a problem to completionPreferred Qualifications PMP, Scrum, and Agile experience and/or certification Basic understanding of Excel, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), Access, SQLEducation Bachelor's Degree is required Equivalent Combination of education and experience may be consideredBusiness OverviewBring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
