Senior Analyst- Project Management

Job DescriptionResponsible for managing the Field2Base Nurse documentation program and supporting the Specialty Nursing workforce - including reporting and metrics, system maintenance, training, and troubleshooting. Reporting quality standards set by management. Developing and maintaining a solid understanding of HHA licensure requirements and documentation. Regular nursing audits to ensure specialty nursing is compliant with state HHA guidelines. Participates in project teams across the organization to represent application solutions and improve work product. Solves complex problems relates to multiple system integrations. Manages functional and application sustaining activities of business applications, including encoding, testing, debugging, and installing. Identifying and making recommendations regarding improvement opportunities. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 43,700Maximum: 97,400Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
