Pharmacy Technician - Doctor Calls (work from home IL)

Job DescriptionExciting Pharmacy Technician opportunity to excel in a fast paced, customer service driven environment while having the opportunity to develop and strengthen technical skills and pharmacology knowledge.As a Pharmacy Technician in Physician Contact, you are responsible for making outbound calls, taking inbound calls, entering patient and prescription information into our system, and faxing the physicians for prescription clarification, substitutions, and formulary changes. You must be able to resolve and enter incomplete prescriptions after clarification is obtained, and complete appropriate described patient letter.
