Job DescriptionAnalytics & Behavior Change is an innovation engine supporting the entire CVS Health organization (Aetna health care business, retail, and pharmacy services) by embedding deep insights into key decision processes and focusing on our biggest, most complex problems. We partner with business leaders throughout the organization using advanced analytics tools, modeling, and machine learning to generate insights by using data to create meaningful impact. Effective and agile data and analytic support are critical to delivering on these commitments. The Enterprise Data and Machine Learning Platform Engineering team within the Consumer Analytics organization owns the delivery of foundational data and platform capabilities for the organization. The team has a deep understanding of healthcare data domains, including Insurance, PBM, and Retail, and the technical expertise to innovate and accelerate on the cloud platforms. As a Senior Program Manager for the Enterprise Cloud Data and Machine Learning Engineering Platform team, you will support the deliverables across a diverse group of engineering leaders and professionals developing cutting edge data and analytic capabilities on the cloud platforms. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineering Leadership, Data and Cloud Engineers in an agile environment to ensure that work is aligned to the product and organizational goals. You will have responsibility to remove barriers, track issues/risks, manage developer onboarding and documentation and provide status of work to the product stakeholders. This role is responsible for establishing communication channels across leadership, engineers, and other stakeholders and for developing and distributing product and program artifacts for the target audience.Key Responsibilities: Partner with product owners to track vision and roadmap, document capabilities, measure business value, and work with engineering leaders to track work in agile (Rally) Proactively identify roadblocks and dependencies across workstreams and communicate in a timely manner Conduct agile ceremonies, daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives Gather and monitor key performance and quality metrics across products/platforms and identify opportunities for operational improvements and optimization Manage developer onboarding artifacts and process documentationPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 95,000Maximum: 209,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
