Job DescriptionThe Account Director for Key Accounts is responsible for managing a book of business between 12-15 clients Responsible for strategic growth and retention for the book of business. Delivering profitable renewals with a focus on membership retention, profitability, increased revenue, and new products and programs.Building and maintaining a positive relationship with senior-level decision-makers at customer and consultant level. Acting as a senior strategic business partner to constituents to optimize the positioning of Meritain's products and services and to attain profitability and membership objectives.Preparing client for renewal by explaining cost drivers of benefit plan, offers solutions to reduce costs, delivers renewal to client and producer. Formulating complex financial decision recommendations and presents them to management.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,400Maximum: 120,800Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
