Job DescriptionCVS Clinical Trial Recruitment partners with leading global biopharma and government clients to deliver qualified patients into ongoing pharmaceutical clinical trials to improve accelerate clinical research for drug and vaccine development.The Community Outreach Diversity Engagement (CODE) Manager will support the development and execution of diversity focused initiatives, which will drive increased access and representation of under-served populations on clinical trials. The CODE Manager works across Recruitment, RWE, and Conduct to successfully deliver sponsor awarded projects, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.What you'll do: Collaborate with the CTS Team, CVS Health business partners and external stakeholders to provide thought leadership, set and execute on initiatives to help the organization make progress to CTS Equity goals that align with the business objectives Maintain and deliver comprehensive reporting, metrics, and executive reporting, which will be directly deployed for process innovation and optimization of CODE operations Management from the CODE Operations perspective, including project management as needed, partnering closely with Community Affairs, CTS Operations, Business Development, and Community partners; further manage communications channels and delivery including email, phone, social, and other interventions Understand, translate, and recommend operational approaches to clients, taking an innovative consultative approach to client delivery of a novel product to improve CODE performance; work in a demanding clinically focused space with leading Pharma and government partners Identifies gaps in processes or organization in order to drive teams to develop and implement solutions based on a broad view of the organization Drive short term and long term strategic planning activities, including convening meetings, developing agendas and material, and developing reports or support specific teams with tracking and monitoring initiativesThe role is client facing with top Pharma and Community partners externally and is highly visible and CVS leadership facing.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 126,600Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications 5 years experience integrating near term and long term diversity, equity and inclusion practices in a healthcare, retail or pharmaceutical setting. 3 years experience in project management, process innovation, product development, or similar long-term development processPreferred Qualifications Exposure to analytics, reporting, data analysis, or other analytic function Direct experience working with major pharmaceutical, biotech, or government partners in the clinical research space Prior work engaging and aligning community partners toward a common goal Technical and communication skills/tools needed to successful deliver projects in collaboration with internal and external cross-functional teams Cross-functional leadership of diverse teams Familiarity with health disparities, multi-culturalism and/or experience in a diversity and inclusion focused role Deep understanding of the industry challenges and emerging solutions on how to engage under-represented populations in clinical trialsEducationBachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceBusiness OverviewBring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
