Developer Experience Senior Manager - REMOTE

In this role you will manage a development team responsible for supporting applications that makeup the DevEcosystem which include project scaffolding in Java, .NET, Angular, React, nodeJS, python. As well as a product catalog of enterprise reusable components, API's, Services, and libraries.What you will be doing: Define, design, develop, test, and deploy frameworks to support front and backend microservices that comprise critical business application applications Build and maintain DevSecOps process to build and deploy while mainting quality control with automated testing and security governance. Collaborating closely with the teams setting UI standards to ensure that the UX offers the best possible experience Build and manage Terraform-based infrastructure as code for automatic environment Own the Product responsible for improving the developer expereince at CVS HealthPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 95,000Maximum: 209,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications6+ years of hands-on experience design and implementing REST services, ideally implemented with Java (SpringBoot) or .NET 6+ years' of experience in one or more JavaScript frameworks (Angular 8 or above, ReactJS, VueJS, etc.) 5+ years of experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD tools and technologies 3+ years' experience in deploying to a cloud platform-any one or more (Kubernetes, PCF, GCP, Azure, AWS) 5+ years' experience working with Databases such as Postgres, Mysql, Oracle 2+ years leadership experience as a Product Manager or Tech lead to lead a product. 2+ years' experience with software release management tools (Rally, Pivotal Tracker, JIRA). 2+ years of experienced in leading software development efforts for small development teams (6-12 developers) Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Excellent critical thinking, conflict management, and prioritization skills.Preferred Qualifications Experience and familiarity with TDD, in both front-end and back-end technologies.
