Senior Analyst, QA Engineering

Job DescriptionCVS Health is seeking an experienced professional individual to lead and engineer efficient test solutions of highest quality at lowest possible cost using modern technology practices. The Sr. Advisor Quality Assurance, Engineer will be the Technical Subject Matter Expert on integrated applications that are or will be implementing automation and/ or architecting models for business requirements. The Sr. Advisor, Quality Assurance Engineer will play a critical role by leading, guiding and setting vision for the Retail Quality Engineering team in continually executing its quality strategy and ensuring the development and release of the highest quality software. The Sr. Advisor, Quality Assurance Engineer will actively participate in leadership meetings, project discussions and contributes to strategic planning and execution of all QA automation strategies and/ or business requirement modeling architecture for both agile and non-agile projects.This position is responsible for leading the engineering team and determining the proper use of technology and resources. This position will lead the team in technical evaluations and automation designs. This position will also mentor and guide team members and drive test efficiencies.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,000Maximum: 128,700Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications- 5+ years of experience working with Agile Requirement Designer (ARD) - 5+ years of experience working with test management tools (HP ALM Quality Center, IBM Rational Robot, Test Manager - 5+ years of experience using Gitlab, Subversion (SVN) for source code version control managementPreferred Qualifications Experience working as test automation architect and/ or modeling architect Developer and Orchestrator certifications in UiPath Technically Proficient in both Windows and Linux server operating systems Prior experience in leading large distributed (onsite-offshore) teams Retail Pharmacy and/or Healthcare experience Experience in Test Data Management (TDM) Proficient in analyzing complex systems (applications/data structures) and their associated relationships Advanced knowledge of software design and programming principles Advanced experience in model based testing Solid Experience with database (Oracle or SQL server) writing SQL queries, stored procedures and creating views Advanced working knowledge in any one of the programming languages such as Dotnet, Java or VB scripting or modeling experience with UML or ARD or other similar tools Good Knowledge and experience implementing of Test- Driven Development (TDD) and BDD (Behavior Driven Development) frameworksEducationBachelor's DegreeBusiness OverviewBring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
