Sr ServiceNow Engineer

Job DescriptionThe ServiceNow Engineer plays an important role in theimplementation, testing and delivery of ServiceNowtechnologies for CVS. This role should possess deeptechnical insights in developing and managing ServiceNowapplications and implementing best practices.Responsibilities include:- Design, develop, configure, and customize (whenappropriate) ServiceNow applications and services todeliver new functionality and capabilities with an eyetowards automation- Follow and improve upon architecture, design, technicaldocumentation, and coding standards for applications andservices- Participate in and collaborate with platform team toensure proper quality assurance is completed related tounit, system integration, regression, and user acceptancetesting- Review, Validate, and Remediate all version and patchupgrades associated with assigned application andservices- Design, develop, and configure workflows, flows, forms,scripts, ACL's, data transformation, policies, rules,scheduled jobs, and all other underlying logic using Agilemethodologies - Assist the platform team with second level incidentresolution, problem root cause analysis, and post changevalidation; provide on-call support when critical productionissues occur.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,000Maximum: 167,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications- 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow, developmentand architecture, with diverse hands-on work experiencedesigning, scripting, and coding - 3+ In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platformstructure, design, and interactions - 3+ years of experience in Java JAR development for theServiceNow MID Server.Preferred Qualifications- Expert level understanding of client side and server-sidescripting - business rules, script actions, server-side APIs,etc.- Proven experience in Java JAR development for theServiceNow MID Server.- Advanced knowledge of Active Directory/LDAPintegration with ServiceNow.- Advanced experience with web technologies (XML,HTML, JavaScript, Web Services etc.) and ServiceNowdevelopment approaches for CMS development (CSS,Jelly Scripting).- Certification in ServiceNow system administration,development and/or certified implementation specialist inone or more product disciplines preferred - Strong understanding of the ServiceNow ApplicationSuite and Architecture covering ITSM, ITOM and ITBMareas- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum development approaches- Knowledge of database design schemas and datamodeling including ServiceNow's Common Service DataModel (CSDM)- Demonstrated advanced ability to translate functionalbusiness requirements into complex technical solutions.- Advanced experience with web technologies (XML,HTML, JavaScript, Web Services etc.) and ServiceNowdevelopment approaches for CMS development (CSS,Jelly Scripting).EducationBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Business OverviewBring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
