IAM Technical Operations Sr. Analyst

Job DescriptionThe IAM TechOps Sr. Analyst will join a team of Developers, Product Managers, and Solution Architects within Identity Access Management (IAM) space for CVS Health. This position will act as a contact for level three support, perform scripting, document standard operating procedures, and lead data clean up in IAM solutions primarily related to Identity Data Services.Operating within DevOps and Agile frameworks as part of our Product Management Model, an ideal candidate will have strong production support skills as well as the ability to help manage a suite of products through Continuous Improvement/Continuous Development strategies. Team Player mentality is a must. This position will require strong Project Management skills and is expected to lead team-members in the completion of task in the Identity Data Services area.Technologies include but are not limited to LDAP based systems, Java, MySQL, Neo4J, REST/SCIM APIsPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,000Maximum: 128,700Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications3+ Years of direct experience with Identity Access Management (IAM)- 2+ years of experience in an IAM production support role- 2+ years of Leadership experience- managing resources- 1+ years of experience with LDAP- 1+ years of experience with scripting (e.g. python, PowerShell, etc.)- 1+ years of experience with database queries (e.g. MySQL, MS SQL, Oracle)Preferred Qualifications-General understanding of DevOps CI/CD or similar (Agile Scrum, Kanban, etc).-Strong team player that works well horizontally and vertically with others of varying skill levels and experience.-Ability to clearly define and present solution ideas in a team environment.- Working knowledge one or more of the following: JAVA, LDAP queries, and MySQL - Experience with one or more of the following: REST/SCIM API integration- Experience writing Linux shell scripts- Experience with Ping Directory, ForgeRock Directory, TigerGraph, and/or Neo4J graph database- Project management leadership- CISSP preferredEducationBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceBusiness OverviewBring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
