Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced, talented Training and Development Specialist with a passion for creating, writing and delivering training materials and other departmental specific documentation The Training and Development Specialist is a core member of the Wellpartner, 340B Operational Services Team.This dynamic role is responsible for creating, building and maintaining a wide variety of resources and multi-media content that is engaging and user-friendly for technical and non-technical users of our internal applications and processes. Content may include: User Guides, Inline Product Help, Tool Tips, Job Aides, Guided Workflows, Process Documentation, Policies & Procedures, and other technical and non-technical documentation and training material.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 40,560Maximum: 81,100Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications3 or more years of learning and development experiencePreferred Qualifications- Knowledge of 340B - Certifications or membership in a writing or learning and development organizations is a plus.- Knowledge of MS office, PowerPoint.- Basic overall understanding of product development concepts and technical documentation.- Excellent research, listening, writing, proofreading, editing, presentation and verbal communication skills.- Conceptualize, write and produce content consistent with adult learning theory.- Proven experience working with content in multiple mediums, as exemplified with a portfolio of work and/or writing samples.- Ability to determine the clearest and most logical way to present information and instructions for greatest reader comprehension.- Proven ability to incorporate interactive technologies to blend text, graphics, multidimensional images, sound and video to increase user understanding.Education- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.Business OverviewBring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
