Job DescriptionCVS Health is seeking a skilled technologist to support full-stack solutioning in deep collaboration with Product, Architecture, Engineering, 3rd party consultants, Technical Account Managers, and Governance. This candidate will also use the stack and other tools to build internal digital experiences for clients of Enterprise MarTech, demonstrating the North Star vision.This role sits in the Product Office, driving enablement and adoption of critical omni-channel MarTech platform capabilities. These digital capabilities enable CVS Health to communicate effectively with patients, members and customers at moments that matter, providing personalized experiences that drive meaningful engagement. As a leader in stakeholder management and platform success, this colleague will often represent Enterprise MarTech in environments of high-pressure problem solving in terms of technology, together with people / process / organizational challenges and opportunities. This colleague will need to develop functional understanding of more than 10 products and platforms, many of which, for a candidate with the right foundational knowledge and experience, can be quickly learned (as principals of each SaaS category are mostly ubiquitous). Fundamental Components: Provide support for Enterprise MarTech Request Intake: a formal process for all requests from the business relating to MarTech platforms including marketing automation, CDP, CMS, and more Where appropriate, draft and present solution options for consideration - typically with the support of SMEs where needed. Align with architecture (and others, situationally-dependent) on technical feasibility, Identify a recommended solution, provide this (and alternative options where appropriate) for final input and steering from the business. Build and improve process governance and MarTech product user experience for our internal customers Lead technical conversations related to MarTech capabilities, determining best course of action based on requirements and value provided by solutions, which would include (but not be limited to): Strategic roadmaps and their key dates, Solicitation of critical success factors and business outcomes, garner key data points and artifacts to assist in scope and requirements gathering Liaise with engineering and project delivery teams to oversee timely repair and improvement objectives; process lead for defect management, quarterback resolution of the most advanced / cross-functional technical challenges Governance, risk management - maintain routine risk assessments with product and architecture to identify TCPA, CAN-SPAM, data and privacy concerns Support identification, documentation and tracking of key platform success stories - provide materials quarterly to evangelize the tech stack capabilities Contribute to the development of an integrated, long-term product roadmap with MarTech leadership, stakeholders, and partners, that includes program deliverables, strategic alignment, enterprise-wide impacts, milestones, risks, assumptions, constraints, and overall program investment. Understand trends in the MarTech landscape, strengths and weaknesses Monitor and identify platform adoption and utilization trends, providing proactive innovation recommendations based on risk and business needs Work cross-functionally with Product, Architecture, and Engineering to ensure all requirements are properly scoped to facilitate efficient handoff to project management and other partners where appropriate Partner with MarTech product leads to maintain and prioritize the backlog of requests and projects from the Marketing teams Act as guide to technical features and capabilities for a range of colleagues, from the most non-technical, to "train-the-trainer" scenariosPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 95,000Maximum: 209,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications 5+ years tech experience (application development, architecture, systems development, etc.) Customer digital experience background, with applied understanding of experience design, journey building, automation, and user testing. Working knowledge of platforms / SaaS in at least one of the following categories: marketing automation, ad tech, content management system, customer data management, CRM, analytics, and experience integrating any combination(s) thereof. Digital transformation experience and/or digital PDLC (product development life cycle) with past success leading collaboration among technologists and other partners. High EQ, excellent people skills, collaboration expert. Hands-on platform administration, governance. Agile experience a plus. Experience working in a large organization with multiple stakeholders, presenting to large groups.
