Job DescriptionScrum Master role with CVS Health's Enterprise Portfolio Management Delivery Team that is driven by a vision to "improve the quality of human life" of those we serve by making innovative and high-quality health and pharmacy services safe, affordable, and easy to access.- Develops and manages to a project plan and timeline that covers estimates, requirements, design, construction, test, deployment and benefit tracking- Adheres to the Operations Project Delivery Methodology, project management professional practices and standard tools and contributes to practice development in enhancing the standard tool kit- Contribute to developing training programs to educate the delivery teams on the standard processes- Coordinates the efforts of cross-unit and cross-company teams (can include Customer Care, Mail Services, Clinical Ops, Benefits, Disease Mgmt, IT/TI, Product Development, Finance, HR, Procurement, and other corporate organizations)- Assists senior level project managers to ensure Operational Excellence in the launch and tracking of Operations projects while delivering the desired results within the agreed upon time frame and budgetPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,000Maximum: 167,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications- 7+ years of experience aligning, managing, and track change across multiple programs and manage multimillion dollar budgets.- 7+ years of experience operating effectively in a large, complex, and diverse global organization.- Scrum Master not Required but PreferredPreferred Qualifications- PM experience in the Healthcare industry- Background in IT program management, budget management and execution.- Programming experience- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio- Scrum Master CertificationEducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or related discipline with information technology focusBusiness OverviewBring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
