Job DescriptionDo you have a passion for data analysis and process optimization? At CVS Health you can put your skills and interests to work by joining our Financial Change Order (FCO) group An individual who joins our team will collaborate closely with internal partners to ensure CVS Health is providing market competitive rebate offers while also ensuring the financial integrity of the business. You will work closely with key internal partners including sales, underwriting, rebate forecast, legal, trade and proposals. As a FCO manager, you will be an individual contributor responsible for evaluating what areas of CVS Health are impacted by various change requests submitted by sales (or others) and using various excel model applications to quantify the financial implications of these changes. The individual would also assist in developing technology to automate common requests including batch requests needed in support of rebate transparency reporting. The team's primary goal is to ensure proper financial controls and improve CVS Caremark client level financial performance by placing proper controls around implementation of programs or changes to a client's benefit or formulary design while also helping our clients understand the financial implications of their decisions. The Financial Change Manager will...o Be responsible for evaluating and quantifying a change's potential financial impact using existing models or by working with internal partners.o Support the development of new tools to automate some reviews and approvals of various client changes or product implementationso Access data via Excel and SQL tools such as SASo Coordinate the efforts across company teams that can include Sales, ANCS, Clinical Ops, Underwriting, and other departments to ensure proper controls are in place to review changes to a client's benefit design, formulary or implementation of a productPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 126,600Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualificationso Bachelor's degree required; o 3 - 5 years professional experience in data analytics, finance, pricing or process improvement role or equivalent combination of professional experience and educationPreferred Qualificationso Degree related to finance, mathematics, operations, statistics, actuarial science, epidemiology, economics or other data related fields preferred.o Experience in Microsoft Excel-based analysis, models and SQLo Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and follow up skills. o Prior experience or knowledge of PBM industry or pharmaceuticals is preferred o Developing and maintaining expertise across multiple levers of PBM and Enterprise profitability, including retail networking, pharmaceutical manufacturer rebates, and other product/clinical service offeringso Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment and manage tight deadlines and competing prioritieso Prior experience working across many different groups within an organizationo Prior experience designing, implementing, and optimizing new business processeso Strong presentation and communication skills with experience presenting to various business groupso Ability to interact with others in a collegial and professional manner and help foster teamwork and knowledge sharing to complete key tasksEducationo Bachelor's degree required; o Degree related to finance, mathematics, operations, statistics, actuarial science, epidemiology, economics or other data related fields preferred.Business OverviewBring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
