Job DescriptionCVS Healthcare is looking for a Senior MQ Admin / Systems Engineer to become a member of a team of MQ Admins that design, configure, build, and maintain a variety of MQ environments on premise and in the public cloud in support of the Enterprise Healthcare, Retail, and Pharmacy businesses. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, embrace technology, direct and lead small engineering teams or projects, be open to learning, build new solutions, and be a technical evangelist viewing technology as a solution to advance our consumer engagement and best in class experience. Ability to work off hours including nights and weekends and be on call in a team rotational schedule.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 95,000Maximum: 209,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications5+ years of IBM MQ Administration at the system level 1+ year of experience with MQ installs (zOS and distributed) and support (version 7+) 1+ year of experience working with mainframe, unix/linux systems, and Window ServersPreferred QualificationsCoding experience with IIS, C#, .Net and Unix Shell scriptingExperience using automation with Ansible automation (for middleware platforms) Experience using JCL (Job Control Language) to run batch jobs Experience leading a technical / engineering team or projectKnowledge of IBM Db2 Family Some Java experience or knowledge Powershell scripting experienceAbility to architect solutions and set strategic direction Ability to network and partner with business applications and technical teamsAbility and willingness to work on an on-call rotating schedule This role requires candidate to be fully vaccinated for COVID 19EducationBachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceBusiness OverviewBring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
