Job DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY: CVS Health's Supply Chain Systems and Technologies Team is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to shape the future of technology products that enable Omnichannel fulfillment that delight the customer and colleague user experience. Our technology products play a crucial role in delivering on our promise to our end consumer but also driving efficiencies, reducing labor and improving order accuracy with a balanced focus on colleague engagement and retention. As a Product Manager on the Supply Chain Systems team, you will be in a product ownership role, managing the development of new product applications and driving an iteratively innovative feature roadmap to improving existing applications and processes. You will partner with users to be expert on user experience across all applications within your portfolio and work with various DC leaders, vendor partners and IT to deeply understand our process and challenges, and drive improvements to our processes and technology products. Our technology products are highly business process oriented, so a combination of supply chain business processes understanding and software product management skills are required. As a product manager, you will be responsible for balancing business viability, technology feasibility and user/customer desirability as you develop your product portfolio roadmap.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Work cross-functionally with internal users, engineering partners and IT to drive product strategy; Manage the roadmap, get feedback, and develop ideas for new improvements and challenges for Omni-channel fulfillment technologies Oversee the product development lifecycle from inception to launch, with an ability to prioritize the most important features to maximize impact Lead stakeholder discussions for overall vision and translate them into detailed requirements, user stories, and actionable tasks, then feedback engineering discussions to refine them; Manage the implementation and ongoing success of Omnichannel tech products, including (re)defining requirements, iteration planning, testing and release management Create accurate user stories based on business needs and user feedback, and prioritize the backlog; working with the team to groom, refine, and ultimately deliver the feature; Lead user acceptance testing of various features for pick-pack-ship, warehouse automation and customer experience to drive Omni-channel efficiencies and improve service Conduct user research and contribute to the design of software Push for high reliability and responsiveness from a systems and user satisfaction perspective Coordinate resources and broadcast timelines for deliverables Define and monitor success metrics through product analytics; Drive innovation by establishing user feedback learning loop to create customer focused technology products. Drive adoption growth of rolled out solutions, assess open opportunities to further enhance user experience and remove friction points Establish clear measures of success (user and business) to guide development for each application or feature roll along with measurement and marketing methodology to drive both business funding and business/user adoption and even a pivot in solutioning. Conduct Quarterly Business Review with key technology partners and stakeholders Work closely with PMO for project structure definition and status updates, to meet deadlines and control scope Work closely with procurement and contracting to drive accountability and deliver value based on product driven ROI and business improvements Train and mentor other product managers; Drive agile ways of working Develop understanding of other products to support cross-functional collaborationREQUIRED SKILLS: Candidate should have experience working with IT PMO or equivalent, and managing/supporting large scale technology projects Desire to learn and keep up with latest technology trends and use this knowledge to bring solutions to business to enhance the enterprise's competitive edge Real world pragmatism to effectively drive improvements that actually get successfully implemented and add value Ability to translate technical information to non-technical audience and vice versa Critical thinking skills to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions; ability to understand and foresee implications of new information for current and future problem solving Ability to dive into the details but also to step back and identify opportunities at a macro level to support network wide innovation Hands on experience with user acceptance testing, test plan development and commissioning Good written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer-service Strong self-starter with ability to work with little supervision Strong ability to multitask and handle competing priorities at once Ability to foster connection by putting people first and build trusting relationships Proven project management skills Willingness to travel up to 35%Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,400Maximum: 158,300Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
