Job DescriptionCVS Clinical Trial Recruitment partners with leading global biopharma clients to deliver qualified patients into ongoing pharmaceutical clinical trials to improve and accelerate clinical research for drug and vaccine development. The Senior Consultant of Data Engineering develops components of a multi-year Recruitment platform product and support clinical trial recruitment operation.Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:The Senior Consultant of Data Engineer will: Implement components of the Clinical Recruitment Platform (CRP) Implement the strategy and roadmap to establish and maintain a comprehensive patient database and design process and governance to manage data assets Work with a large cross-functional team developing product, including multiple digital scrum teams, IT project, legal and other partners Identify, assess, and resolve complex analytical problems, issues, risks and facilitate issue resolution and risk mitigation Respond promptly to the needs of end-users, and meets Service Level Agreements as defined with clients Develop, test, iterate, deploy, and continually innovate and improve current product Owns deliverable timeline to ensure stable and steady recruitment operationsPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,000Maximum: 128,700Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications Experience with cloud-based platforms (i.e. Azure, GPC, AWS) - Azure Preferred Snowflake SQL/Spark - Data engineering pipeline Exposure/understanding of deployment practices using containerization (i.e. Kubernetes, Docker) Experience in Python, SQL Strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skillsPreferred Qualifications Experience building automated data pipelines Experience performing data analysis and data exploration Experience working in an agile delivery environment Exposure/understanding of DevOps best practice and CICD (i.e. Jenkins) Experience working in multi-developer environment, using version control (i.e. Git) Experience with big data frameworks (i.e. Hadoop and Spark) - Azure Data Bricks PreferredEducationBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Machine Learning, or related disciplineMaster's degree preferredBusiness OverviewBring your heart to CVS HealthEvery one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
