Job DescriptionPosition Summary: As the Analytics and Reporting Manager for 340B programs, you will lead a team of Business Analysts that support 340B operations through ad-hoc reporting, analysis, reoccurring reporting, and oversee the making and implementation of recommendations designed to improve performance and enhance efficiencies. You will manage various analyses and strategic planning projects that are actionable and relevant to 340B contracting & reporting while meeting designated deadlines and standards. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Leading the team to develop individual contributor growth Overseeing new and existing business analyses to gauge opportunities in the 340B program that develop performance projections Owning end-to-end life cycle of reoccurring and ad-hoc reporting including maintaining existing reports and cultivating new business in support of business initiatives and activities Building relationship with various SMEs around the company and adopt best in class processes and procedures to ensure accuracy, timelessness, and relevance to the business Collaborating with management to set operational objectives and prepare action steps toward achievement of those objectives Proactively streamlining reporting and processes to enhance accuracy and effectiveness Working with pharmacy claim data to understand root causes of specific issues across the 340B Program Identifying and presenting data metrics along with insights to management to solve issues and improve 340B Program performance Communicating analytic results to the business audience using static and dynamic graphic and tabular displays of data, written reports, and presentations Automating the reporting tools to make it efficiently run and produce reports on recurring basis, with automated QC process built-in Managing multiple significant initiatives and prioritize deliverables according to business needs Collaborating with cross functional teams including IT, Finance, Trade, Operations, and Product Development to support the needs of the business segment To be successful you will be able to manage multiple priorities, train and mentor a team, and be the internal consultant to the business. You will directly impact the business by providing the critical information needed to make decisions and inform on performance.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 126,600Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required QualificationsRequired Qualifications: A minimum of 7 years of professional, hands-on data management/Operations and analytic experience with at least 3 years of formal management experience leading highly developed data management and analytical professionalsPreferred QualificationsPreferred Qualifications-Extensive experience with data visualization tools (Tableau preferred), SQL, Tableau, and or Alteryx or other programming languages used to extract and manage data-Experience in and application of statistical analysis techniques in a business environment- Strong business knowledge and concepts- Previous people management experience in an analytics team environmentEducationBachelor's degree / Master Degree of equivalent work experience in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or related discipline, MBABusiness OverviewBring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
