Job DescriptionWe are looking for a talented, dedicated and experienced individual to join the GPS business team as a Migration Lead. This position will be supporting the Guided Personal Service (GPS) program as we develop Aetna's strategic customer service platform and omni-channel capabilities. By working with IT and Program GPS teams, our business partners across the enterprise and other programs you will be driving and supporting the GPS migration and supporting delivery of solutions that result in a new experience for customer service that allows them to support the Common Purpose and add value for our members.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 100,000Maximum: 221,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications-Individual contributor role-3 - 5 years relevant experience-Healthcare experience-Experience collaborating across areas to gain consensus/drive towards a common goal-Call Center management experience-Proven track record in meeting project milestones and tracking working and driving accountability in workstream owners-Strong communication skills both written and verbal-Strong Problem Solving Skills-Project Management experience-Partnering with IT PMO resources, Solution Manager, and Application Owners to monitor overall program status-Communicating status including any risks/issues/concerns to stakeholders and other programs-Working closely with delivery trains and experience leads to identify impact of risks or issues-Building and maintaining relationships with business stakeholders at varying levels of the organization to ensure needs are understood and there is bi-directional communication-Defining agenda topics, creating materials, and facilitating governance meetings-Leading Go Live and War Room forums-Healthcare Business experience1 position is for the Medicaid line of business1 positions is for A1A and Specialized Call Center ServicesPreferred QualificationsApplying Reasoned JudgementMaximizing Work PracticesDeveloping and Executing StrategyEducationThe highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Associate's degree or equivalent experience.Business OverviewBring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
