Job DescriptionReporting to the Executive Director of Strategy & Implementation for the Office of the Chief Medical Officer, this leader will support the portfolio management & execution for CVS Health Enterprise Medical Affairs. As a key member of the Enterprise Medical Affairs team, the Senior Manager of Performance & Implementation will ensure the execution of key activities to drive forward clinical strategy for CVS Health. The Senior Manager of Performance & Implementation will oversee the management processes for Enterprise Medical Affairs including senior leadership meetings and performance reporting processes.Responsibilities include: Lead the agenda setting and content development for Enterprise Medical Affairs senior leadership meetings in partnership with clinical leadership team. Work with Enterprise Medical Affairs leadership to determine key performance indicators, how to measure team performance, and the processes to communicate progress towards goals Monitor progress on portfolio priorities, proactively identify and solve execution issues, and maximize the speed and quality of execution for the Enterprise Medical Affairs portfolio Keep senior leadership informed of key performance insights and critical issues on an ongoing basis including preparing and presenting reports detailing the status of specific initiatives to inform decision-making processes Work in liaison with key stakeholders to drive continued focus on strategic business objectives throughout the year at all levels of the organization Lead Enterprise Medical Affairs efforts to foster high-performing team culture including organizing and planning special events and team offsite meetings Support and/or lead special projects and initiatives as needed Provide leadership team with recommendations to improve performance and execution across the organizationPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,400Maximum: 158,300Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
