Job DescriptionThe Sr. Financial Analyst is responsible for a variety of tasks that support the operations and disbursement functions of the Pharmacy Payments department. These functions include, coordinating EFT set-ups, 835 electronic remittance file set-ups, returned mail, check voids/stops/re-issues, mailing remittance advices and checks, check staging, positive pay, record retention, and metrics reporting. Use the following systems: SAP, AS400, RECAP & banking systems. Support internal/external production or audit requests and resolve payment issues. Streamlines processes for improved efficiencies and controls while delivering superior service to internal and external customers. Help coordinate third party payment vendor issues and related resolution. Comply with financial controls in support of Sarbanes-Oxley, prompt pay laws, company policies, and other financial audit processes and initiatives. Supports team with the development and implementation of application enhancements/controls and process improvements. Complete ad-hoc projects as requested.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 43,700Maximum: 97,400Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications2+ years of experience in a finance and customer servicesetting1+ years of strong MS Office skills (Excel andWord) experiencePreferred QualificationsExperience with automated financial and payablesystems. General ledger, finance, accounting, bankingknowledge. Requires attention to detail and the ability towork with a team. Ability to work in fast paced environment with goodinterpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.
