Job DescriptionAs the Operations - Corporate Events Coordinator, you will report into the Corporate Events Center of Excellence, under Operations. You'll work with external vendors to identify cost-effective options for event activations that meet the business requirements, meet regularly with internal business partners to ensure business goals and objectives are met, and partner with external relationships (agencies, vendors) and cross-functional internal teams, such as creative services and marketing ops, to develop and successfully execute this position, you will also: Support our COE and third-party planners to ensure compliance with all Enterprise-wide policies. Partner with Enterprise Procurement, Compliance, and CSR to establish best practices and process implementation. Assist in managing site updates and trainings for non-charitable registry and with quarterly Audit review to ensure compliance. You will provide reporting as requested. Work with policy owner of charitable policy to determine event type and provide additional information. Review Charitable/non-Charitable request submissions, advise business and routes accordingly and provide training as required. Assist planners with budget management, SOW/non-catalog requisitions, DIP payment submission and other administrative tasks as needed. Submit SOW's and establish PO's to assist with vendor payments. Work with Travel Management Company on setting up group air links for reservations and managing reporting. Answer general inquiries and requests via the group meetings & tradeshow mailbox. Troubleshoot Ariba/payment issues, ensure compliance with MSAs, rebate management and/or asset management. Manage documentation in shared media/brand/document folders to ensure most current information is provided to team and updating, as necessary. Approve and review event intake forms and assigns planner. Provide support for logistics and agreed upon events; including pre-event planning,"¯collaboration across multiple teams, project management, onsite event support, registration management and other duties. Manage multiple projects with complex timetables successfully in a collaborative extremely fast paced environment. Research and report creative event options, off-site venues, and entertainment based on program format and budget. Ensure compliance policy and procedures are followed, complete all required approvals and processes.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 43,700Maximum: 97,400Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
