Job DescriptionThe Configuration Analyst, Product Analyst is an individual contributor / team player on a business team responsible for business rules in the UM automation processes. The team works in scaled agile methodology. This role is responsible for the following: Creating configuration of business rules in ODM application, per received requirements. Including all aspects of configuration/Maintenance such as planning, coordination, development, implementation while prioritizing work, resources, and time. Ensures the end state of the project and/or business operations meets business objective(s) and that all deliverables and due dates are met. Typical day will start with a standup meeting, include story refinement, defect triage and working time. Will conduct detailed analysis of the requirements, specifications; Interact with Business, Product Owner & BA for elicitation of detailed requirements, technical stories, understanding acceptance criteria, conduct impact analysis to the rule configuration, prepare a technical solution and implementation plan (Highly collaborative process often requires collaboration with IT and architecture to solve new concepts or debug defects), and authoring business rules in ODM. Defect tracking, defect fixing and deployments, participating and providing inputs during PI planning, Daily Standup scrum calls, Sprint Planning sessions, Retrospective calls and Sprint Demos, Ability to design, build and maintain business rules in ODM application (knowledge of object-oriented programming, relational databases, SQL, Oracle is a must)Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 43,700Maximum: 100,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
