Analyst - Reg Route Planner

Job DescriptionThis position is responsible for planning, monitoring, and managing the company's outbound store delivery activities with an emphasis on efficient utilization of company assets, routing software maintenance, route and mile reduction, on-time delivery, efficient route planning and cost containment. The position develops and executes daily route plans for multiple distribution centers that strike a balance between providing the best service possible and optimal cost results. The individual partners with Distribution Center Operations Management, Transportation Management and Field Leadership to create and manage meaningful routing analyses with available reporting tools. The position improves software performance through maintenance of delivery-specific rules and route history in the application and designs out of the box creative solutions in daily routing.
