Job DescriptionThis role will be focused on working with external benefits administration & enrollment organizations. Their primary responsibility will be to manage Supplemental Health plans & file specification integration onto our external partner platforms and managing those relationships on a day to day basis.Job Responsibilities: Identify potential Benefit Administration, HRIS, HCM, &/or Enrollment platforms (third party entities - TPE) for potential integrationManage external technology integrationsRelationship Manager & day to day contact for integrated relationshipsCollaborate with internal resources & external TPE's to streamline processes, drive sales, & resolve issuesUnderstand & explain the Aetna technology integration process to internal & external stakeholdersSupport Aetna Supplemental Health Sales Reps in any capacity to support salesUnderstand & explain the Aetna Supplemental Health value proposition, participate in Broker & client discussions & finalist presentationsSelf Starter who is organized, detail oriented, has professional presentation skills, takes initiative, and completes tasksPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 43,700Maximum: 100,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
