Job DescriptionThis is a hybrid Executive Assistant opportunity supporting our SVP of Network. Qualified candidates will ideally be in the Hartford, CT area.Provide a wide range of administrative duties for a SVP with national scope. Compiles and analyzes complex data for specialized reports, manages calendar, develops presentation material providing charts and graphs, and coordinate meeting agendas.Accountable for follow-up on issues identified in meetings (e.g., staff assignments, etc.).Communicates and/or coordinates SVP's instructions and requests with various individuals and/or departments.Responsible for coordination of meeting agendas and minutes.Coordinates SVP's outside professional and civic obligations.Prepares specialized reports, gathering, summarizing and analyzing data and developing recommendations for SVP.Participates and/or leads special projects.May be authorized to approve expenditures up to assigned dollar amount.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 19.50Maximum: 40.10Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
