Job DescriptionAs a Product Owner for Interoperability you will be responsible for program execution and leading the implementation of functionality and capabilities in support of federal regulations. You will be working in a highly collaborative environment to implement product vision with a clear focus on regulatory, customer and end-user needs. As part of the Interoperability team, you will work collaboratively with Architecture, Compliance, IT, and Legal to deliver technologies and processes that comply with government regulations. Additional Responsibilities Include:- Collaborates across the enterprise business segments to ensure workflow processes and interdependent needs are met- Oversees product development stages and evaluates product process at each iteration by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements related to new and/or existing products, services and workflows - Responsible for development and implementation of new ideas that supports work and team- Manages the product backlog and document stories, objectives, and features- Drives IT prioritization- Coordinates with Program UAT Lead to complete testing- Influences change to improve performance results, organization effectiveness, systems, quality and/or services- Prepares and leads Program Increment Planning (PI) by collaborating with IT, Architects and other Product Owners - Assists others to identify solutions to issues that negatively impact program and/or project planThis role is a work from home/remote position and can be based anywhere in the United StatesPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,400Maximum: 162,700Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
