Workday Recruiting Configuration Administrator

Job DescriptionCVS Health is a Fortune 5 company that is looking for a talented individual to support the successful implementation of the Workday application. In this role as a Workday Administrator, the individual will serve as a subject matter expert, will be responsible for ongoing maintenance and will support changes to existing business processes with the technology team. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should be self-motivated, have strong communication and interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. In addition, they must be able to perform well and within a high degree of accuracy under tight deadlines. Responsibilities: Support the implementation and maintenance of the Workday platform. Be a team player who is approachable and supportive; able to contribute ideas and recommendations. Facilitate the execution of updates and new configurations, including impact analysis and testing. Research system issues, unexpected results and process flaws and recommend actionable plans to reduce and/or eliminate identified issues. Identify reports that can be used to proactively monitor and audit business processes. Support Workday feature release updates and enhancements. Provide support by creating standardized procedures for Administration activities. Own overall responsibility for the success of assigned processes and projects. Understand business requests, define scope, objectives, and deliverables. Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. Additional duties as required.This role can sit in any US locationPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 130,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
