Customer Solutions Lead Coordinator

Job DescriptionAs the Customer Solutions Team Lead, you will serve as the primary contact for questions from team members, other business units, and internal and external customers. You will assist the supervisor in daily activities to ensure exceptional customer service is maintained. You must be able to triage tasks, balance efficiency with accuracy, work both independently and as a team. You will require strong leadership experience with high caliber organizational skills, as well as highly effective written and oral communication skills that are representative of CVS Health. Responsibilities will consist of all the following but are not limited to: Assist with designing and updating processes and procedures Assist the leadership team with coordinating, monitoring, and assigning offline work and incidents Respond to supervisor escalations from internal/external contacts as well as Executive, BBB and AG issues with a time sensitive turnaround time Assist with coaching, developing and motivating team members; facilitate team meetings and training sessions Responsible for completing QA call monitors to ensure quality standards are upheld and enforced according to HIPAA compliance and company guidelinesPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 18.50Maximum: 34.60Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications- 2+ year's customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment- Possess active listening skills- Ability to complete routine assigned work based on productivity standards with minimal supervision- Must be able to articulate information in a clear and concise manner - Ability to give guidance and supervision and follow all process and procedures - Strong diagnostic and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow through - Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with internal/external business partners (i.e.directors, managers, colleagues and external entities).Preferred Qualifications- Basic Working knowledge of all MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, Access and Outlook)--Active RI Pharmacy Technician II License-Active PTCB Certification (CPHT)EducationVerifiable High School Diploma or GED required.Business OverviewBring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
