Job DescriptionResponsible for assisting in driving the overall sales process by working closely with the Sales Leader, General Manager and Finance through providing timely reporting, broker support and staff broker directional support. Manages the contact management process by controlling the leaddistribution for brokers, determining lead assignments, collectingresults, and selecting the disposition and/or next steps for each lead.Researches, and analyzes performance metrics and otherperformance related factors for Sales Leader and General Manager.Works directly with Finance as needed for directional input.Identifies, evaluates, and analyzes departmental sales performance.Generates reports and performance data for review and trendanalysis. Reviews and analyzed other marketing information (such asthe No-Call List) together with lead management performance data.Responsible for the data integrity of all contact/lead managementsystem data. Identifies contact/lead management systemenhancements and makes recommendations to appropriate seniormanagement. Serves as System Administrator for the department'scontact/lead management system; performs all system updates asappropriate. Ensures compliance with all state and federalregulations.Conducts system training for sales and administrative staff within anassigned geographic area.Conducts analysis of area membership and other related marketinginformation. Makes recommendations for direct mailings and volumeof printed materials required.May review member marketing materials for accuracy of content.Makes all plan specific revisions as required.Drives sales goal development by identifying trends, conductingcompetitor analysis and creating sales projections for current andnew market launches that have financial impact for the companyMay participate in the recommendation of departmental processimprovements.Attends and helps lead internal sales meetings, trainings, and othercompany events as requested by management.Conducts Broker meetings without oversight as needed. Travels toattend meetings in the field to support relationship building, reviewreporting to increase sales.Manages the General Agency sales channel.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 48,300Maximum: 99,300Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required QualificationsAppropriate state license to sell insurance as required by state law,subject to product sold.Previous (2-4 years) related telemarketing or direct sales experience,preferably with Medicare.Demonstrated experience of strong communication and presentationskillsAbility to use standard corporate software packages and corporateapplications.Minimum of 1 year recent and related experience in conducting andinterpreting quantitative/qualitative analysis.Experience in a sales environment preferred.Preferred QualificationsN/AEducationBachelor's degree or equivalent experience2"4 years related experienceBusiness OverviewBring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
