Job DescriptionThe Lead Director of Healthcare Insights Strategy & Analytics Innovation will lead a team to unleash transformative value from data, interactions and experience across the CVS Ecosystem for an assigned segment of Healthcare stakeholders. They will be responsible for leading a team of colleagues including 2 -5 direct reports, inclusive of Senior Managers and Managers. This position will work effectively with other business units across the enterprise in a model of shared accountability to deliver on our objectives of building and information business by productizing and commercializing enterprise data and insights to a variety of external stakeholders including payors of pharma.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 140,000Maximum: 280,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications1. Ten years of experience of healthcare experience in Pharma, Insights and Analytics required.2. Sufficient Technical acumen and leadership to include developing strategy and vision for a highly technical Data, IT and Data Science team, driving towards success.3.
