Job DescriptionPosition SummaryManages the workload and analysts supporting compliance reporting for a managed Medicaid plan.This position is a WFH flexible role but will be oriented to the Ohio Rise plan offices.- Provides leadership and operational oversight for regulatory/compliance processes and deliverables, ensuring that deliverables submitted to state regulator are of the highest quality and are submitted timely.- Works with other leaders and report Business Owners to ensure agreement with the content and performance that is being submitted.- Represents Aetna and the Medicaid plan in appropriate venues and communications as it relates to regulatory reporting requirements and submission of deliverables. Seeks clarity on requirements and negotiates as necessary to ensure we can meet regulator expectations.- Makes recommendations about data collection methods, metrics definition and evaluation methods.- Designs and conducts analyses and outcome studies using healthcare claims, pharmacy and lab data, employing appropriate research designs and statistical methods.- Turns analysis into business/customer solutions.- Manages personal resources efficiently to achieve constituent satisfaction.- Responsible for project commitments to quality and on-time deliverables.- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and multiple projects concurrently- Willingness to understand and probe into technical details.- Contributes to a motivated work environment by working effectively to achieve common goals.- Creates and evaluates the data needs of assigned projects and assures the integrity of the data.- Under general direction, independently executes analyses or reports to meet project needs. Will mentor and lead other analysts.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 130,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications- Experience with SQL Server, SSRS and Excel.- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments.- 5-10 years of data analysis and presentation experience.- Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and peers through use of data-driven insights.- Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and peers through excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Extensive experience with databases as well interpretation and manipulation of related data.Preferred Qualifications- Experience with Tableau, PowerBI or other data visualization tools and platforms.- Experience with managed Medicaid plans.- Experience with health insurance data and operations.Education- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Business OverviewBring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
