Job DescriptionAetna's Medicare Stars Team is growing and expanding This is exciting opportunity to join a high performing, collaborative team as a Business Objects / Webi Reports Manager. This position will be responsible for implementation and support of reporting technologies that enable Medicare Stars enterprise environments to meet service level agreements while positioning to be responsive and proactive to changing business requirements.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,400Maximum: 162,700Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications3 to 5 years experience with combined Ad-Hoc Reporting or Web-I reporting:- Experience will include Universe design tool, Information design tool, Web Intelligence (Webi), BI launchpad (business intelligence), scheduling and Publications3 to 5 years experience with SQL:- Proficient in writing SQL with either DB2 or SQL server databasesSome experience or pseudo management at a team level, directing and assigning work as appropriatePreferred Qualifications- Experience with Web-I, Ad-Hoc reporting, and/or Cloud technologies is preferred.- Strong analytical and debugging skills with proven experience in diagnostic and troubleshooting experience in software and enterprise environments.- 1-3 years web and systems engineering experience in distributed enterprise environments.- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability.- Strong collaboration and communication skills within and across teams.Education- Degree in Computer Science, HealthCare Informatics, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, degree and/or equivalent work experience in infrastructure technology disciplines.Business OverviewBring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
