Description: The Restaurant Readiness Tech Lead plays a vital role by ensuring the brand's technology road map is implemented into all system restaurants with a Restaurant Ready mindset. The RRT lead supports the Tech roadmap by partnering with the tech/strategy teams to provide operational insights and coordinates / supports any in-restaurant testing required, including the communication of the test and all learnings. The RRT lead partners with all cross functional teams to ensure any tech solutions are properly supported with any and all required restaurant planning tools / materials required for the system launch. Role size: Role supports the entire Pizza Hut US system - 5350+ locations Working Relationships: Member of the Restaurant Readiness Team which has the overall objective of ensuring anything that goes to the restaurants is "restaurant ready" Key Cross functional partners include - Ops Strategy, PH Tech, Training department and others as determined by the tech solution being developed / implemented Franchisee Interactions include - Systems Ops Committee, Tech committee as required, Frz contacts and owners as determined by the testing plans Key Role Functions: Ensure that any tech solutions are "restaurant ready" Provide Operational expertise to the tech and strategy teams developing tech solutions Coordinate any and all tests that include restaurants by working with the different CORE teams Act as the restaurant liaison for the tech and strategy teams, what's going well and what questions / concerns the restaurant teams provide Full system integration support by being the gate keeper for the restaurants - have we provided everything needed for a frictionless and defect free launch Required Skills/Experience: Demonstrate proficiency in all current BOH tech strongly preferred. Any external candidate must have a proven tech implementation track record. Must be comfortable getting up to speed on our current BOH tech quickly. Strong influencing, communication, and conflict resolution skills are a must. Critical thinking skills required to anticipate program impact for both, short and long-term. Managing change is a significant piece of this role. Candidate must embrace change and help others see the benefits. 5+ years of experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry. Track record of identifying solutions to business and technical problems and bringing sound, executable solutions, and recommendations. Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stake holders to test and deliver solutions that improve the restaurant teams experience. Demonstrated ability to evaluate and manage risks, as appropriate, and communicate with leadership Proficient in MS Office products (MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
