Job DescriptionSmithfield, RI - max of 2 days per week in officeThe Retail IT Production Operations organization is seeking an automation specialist. This resource will be responsible for partnering with key resources throughout the organization to identify, develop, deploy, and maintain automation workflows for the Production Operations team. - Design and develop automation workflows utilizing the corporate standard software, currently UiPath - Author design, coding, testing and deployment documentation of RPA deliverables- Work closely with stakeholders to analyze process requirements and develop process design documents- Support the deployment of RPA workflows using corporate change control processes- Analyzing data to discover trends/patternsPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 43,700Maximum: 100,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications- 5 years of IT experience- 3 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with UiPathPreferred Qualifications- UiPath Certifications- Technically Proficient in both Windows and Linux/Unix server operating systems- Working experience in any of the following technologies: HTML, Java, Perl, JavaScript, Oracle Databases, Web Services/APIs, .NET, Python- Familiarity with process mapping/mining tools.- Retail Pharmacy and/or Healthcare experience- 3 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with one of the market leading RPA Platforms: UiPath and/or Automation Anywhere- Experience with Process Analysis, Design, Implementation and System Testing- Experience with Business and Technical requirements- Effective written and oral communication skills- Solid Problem-Solving and Analytics skills to understand complex requirements, define advanced technical/functional solutions, troubleshoot issues, and identify fixes- Demonstrated desire for continuous improvement and learning- Ability to communicate effectivelyEducationBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceBusiness OverviewBring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
