You will be part of the Analytics & Behavior Change team that designs, develops, and delivers software applications that empower business users with more efficient workflows and advanced analytics, so they can do their jobs faster, better, and more accurately. In this role you will manage a small development team responsible for supporting applications that are part of an ecosystem that includes tools to forecasts profit and/or loss through automated and productionlized modeling calculation. What you will be doing: o Build and maintain DevSecOps process to integrate CI/CD pipelines through Jenkins, Gitlab, Nexus Repo, and Checkmarx to ensure development and deployment integration and quality control with automated testing and security governance. o Define, design, develop, test, deploy, and support api's, microservices that comprise critical business application applications o Integrate business logic solution with PySpark Framework running on Azure Databricks, GCP dataproc, and On-prem Spark environment. o Integrate business logic with upstream and downstream systems and applications, including RDBMS, File system, Hive, Delta lake, Azure Data Lake, Azure Event Grid, Azure Function, Azure Event Hub, etc. o Collaborating closely with the teams setting UI standards to ensure that the UX offers the best possible experience o Publish data processing and modeling result/dataset to RDBMs on Azure SQL solution and generate microservice through restful Azure Function API. o Build and manage Terraform-based infrastructure as code for automatic environment.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 70,000Maximum: 140,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualificationso Hands-on experience in one or more JavaScript frameworks (Angular 8 or above, ReactJS, VueJS, etc.). o Hands-on experience design and implementing REST services, ideally implemented with Java/Kotlin and SpringBoot. o Experience in deploying to a cloud platform (Kubernetes, PCF, GCP, Azure, AWS) o Big Data platforms, tools and technologies, including PySpark, Hive, Databricks and Kafka o Experience working with DB such as Oracle, MongoDB o Experience and familiarity with TDD, in both front-end and back-end technologies. o Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. o Has current capacity to lead a product or can be coached. o Familiar with software release management tools (Pivotal Tracker, JIRA, Rally). o Capability to perform, troubleshoot and mentor new vendor resources in all Engineering role requirements Experienced in leading software development efforts for small development teams (2-8 developers) Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Excellent critical thinking, conflict management, and prioritization skillsPreferred QualificationsAnticipates and prevents problems and roadblocks before they occur Healthcare sector experience preferredEducationBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Physics, Math, or related field; or Advanced Degree Preferred: Master's DegreeBusiness OverviewBring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
