Experience in implementing high availability clusters and site resilient solutions. Proven experience in the areas of Leadership, Project Execution, Process Improvement, Team Efficiency, Continuous Improvement and Cost Savings by elimination of waste in work. Lead multiple projects and delivered solution at customer satisfaction meeting the deadlines.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 90,000Maximum: 180,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications 5+ years' experience with Cloud Technologies: Azure, Office 365 migrations, Hybrid setup, AFDS, DirSync, Secure connections, internet message routing, Archive and Journaling, Migration tools & reporting capabilities 5+ years' experience archiving and journaling tools and capabilities (Enterprise Vault, Mimecast, SourceOne) 5+ years' experience with monitoring and reporting tools, 5+ years' experience with network protocols / configurations: DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP, SMTP, IMAP, POP3, Switches, firewalls. 5+ years' experience with advanced troubleshooting skills for on-premises Exchange environments (mailbox provisioning/deprovisioning, email flow, database redundancy, content indexes and mailbox management) and Exchange Online (email flow, provisioning/deprovisioning, license management, e-discovery, email security).Preferred Qualifications Provide a breadth of expertise across numerous core enterprise messaging technologies Understand and employ best practices for a range of technologies based on industry standards Ability to identify and mitigate technical risks when changes are made to a client's environment Messaging and Collaboration Consultant with expertise in architecting solutions based on cloud technologies such as Azure, Office 365, Exchange Hybrid Setup, AAD Connect, and trusted email platforms.
