Job DescriptionOhioRISE Communications Director Job Description This role sets the direction and leads the planning of OhioRISE communications activities. Responsibilities: Establish and drive a multi-channel external outreach plan to enhance the visibility of OhioRISE and increase member referrals and the number of CANS assessors. Help create a compelling communications calendar for OhioRISE employees to ensure a regular and manageable cadence of information that will inspire engagement while aligning with business priorities Oversee the OhioRISE member materials and review process with ODM Manage member materials on OhioRISE Teams site Develop a brand voice and maintain brand integrity Strengthen consistency in messaging to internal and external audiences Recommend guidelines and processes to improve clarity and efficiency around communications Provide communications support as needed across the organization Serve as project manager for communication initiatives: Be primary contact for comms needs Review communications materials and identify areas for improvement Identify communications needs and scope requests, including objectives, audience, impact, timing and measurement Plan, research, write and edit communications materials Assist in the creation of digital, video, audio and print content Work with Aetna's marketing and design professionals Aid desktop publishing, print production, and fulfillment services Work with ODM on marketing/communications initiatives Coordinate with Aetna corporate communications on any OhioRISE media relations Develop intake process for outreach and sponsorship opportunitiesPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 130,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
