Job DescriptionThe Corporate Compliance Operations team is looking for a Sr. Analyst to support the Business Compliance Office (BCO) team primarily responsible for the implementation of new federal laws that impact the Health Care Business (HCB) segment which include but are not limited to Commercial, Individual, voluntary product, conduct periodic risk assessments and manage any obligations related to settlement agreements. The ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of the HCB products, systems and internal workflows and is able to establish and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, absorb information quickly and provide direction to the team to help troubleshoot issues and seek collaborative problem-solving resolutions across the enterprise structure, coordinate with various business areas to gather the required information to implement laws, engage in discussions related to the development and implementation of corrective action steps for instances of non-compliance, help guide business areas to strengthen business controls to help mitigate regulatory risks, effectively manage, mentor, lead change, and inspire innovation and support the enterprise commitments regarding diversity and inclusion.If you are looking for an opportunity to work with many stakeholders and be part of the dynamic Corporate Compliance Commercial Operations team, we encourage you to apply.The Day to Day Review new mandates (laws and regulations) pertaining to HCB commercial business practices. Coordinate with Legal and Regulatory partners to identify applicability to the business segments. Lead the compliance effort with business area contacts to implement processes or programs to comply with any new law or regulation. Be the compliance lead in implementing solutions with applicable business partners regarding any findings identified during Compliance Risk Assessments. Implement mitigation plans and monitor business segment compliance with Settlement Agreements. Establish working relationships with process owners to drive and implement business practice enhancements to increase the compliance program effectiveness. Actively participate in applicable business working groups/committees for areas of responsibility. Drive compliance of initiatives to completion and validate their effectiveness. Ability to work independently and to recognize and resolve issues.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 43,700Maximum: 100,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications 2+ years of health care operations experience 2+ years of program management experience 5+ years of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experiencePreferred Qualifications Ability to understand complex problems, identify root causes, and remain goal-oriented within a dynamic environment.
