Senior Analyst - Systems Engineering

Job DescriptionAs a Senior Analyst - Systems Engineering you will support designing, implementing, and maintaining the information technology systems for an organization. Your responsibilities include operational support of basic computing infrastructure, supporting networking rules for applications and servers, and security along with basic troubleshooting system, network, or other technical issues. The individual resolves user issues, addresses change management requests, and responds to alerts. They must be able to comprehend enterprise infrastructure. They should develop interpersonal skills to interact with both business and technical teams. They must be able to work flexible schedules.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 33.65Maximum: 67.31Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications RHEL Linux, 5+ years of Infrastructure experience with understanding of Linux, Automation, and Servers Automation exposure (understanding automation, automation tools, Ansible/Chef/Puppet) Cloud configuration and management. knowledge of cloud providers (Azure - preferred, GCP, AWS) and how they work - on-prem to cloud migration knowledge ESX/VMware/vSphere experience GPFS administration in cloud pak system Basic knowledge IBM MQ and DB2 patterns Basic SAN storage and network on Pureapp/ESX systems. RHEL Satellite Problem Determination Multisystem environment configuration RHEL8 OS Upgrade Disaster Recovery and Performance Tuning Perform root cause analysis for server crashesPreferred Qualifications5+ years' experience in the IT field. Experience working for a Fortune 100 organizations.Healthcare experience. Enterprise Risk, Compliance, and Regulatory Reporting experience.EducationA bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required for the position.
