Job DescriptionAs part of CVS Supply Chain Modernization efforts, the Senior Manager, Business Process Optimization will lead a team responsible for defining process and flows for one of the key workstreams for the distribution center WMS system. This work includes managing cross-functional teams that will oversee business process development for either Inbound (e.g. receiving, putaway, replenishment), Outbound (e.g. order selection, shipping) or Support functions (e.g. inventory control, labor management). The work owned by the team includes mapping and documenting existing process, defining standard work flows for the new WMS system, actively supporting configuration and go live as the system is implemented across the network. In this role, the director will join forces with operations, systems & technology, omnichannel, engineering and automation teams to ensure that our new modern WMS platform can be adapted to both optimize existing process flows and scale through configuration to handle future advancements.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 75,400Maximum: 162,700Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
