Job DescriptionLead Director of ITQA - MMCS is responsible for overall QA delivery of all Customer Service platforms to ensure that software meets or exceeds business requirements. They will drive an evolving QA shared service strategy and be an agent of change within the organization. Develop and deliver QA engineering solutions for the largest/most complex projects and initiatives. Maintains architect-level expertise in QA engineering technologies and broad understanding of industry trends; actively participates in strategic direction planning and QA tool and vendor selection. Quality is paramount and this individual requires passion for technology, efficiency, innovation, and end results.This lead director position will be directly responsible for managing critical portfolios and programs that include:- PeopleSafe- IVR- Pega & Salesforce- CompassThis role will be responsible for partnering with Business and other IT leaders to improve overall quality of CVS products, services and ensure shared services evolution. They will be responsible for auditing existing processes for shared services improvement and will research new testing methods, processes, tools, and systems. They will drive for extreme automation, efficiency and above all quality. The individual must be ready to challenge the status quo, be transformational, and drive continuous improvement.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 100,000Maximum: 221,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications10 years of IT and Managing a Quality Assurance/Testing team for large scale, complex cross platform software programs and applications. Must have at least 5-7 years of experience in managing multiple, large cross-functional teams or projects. Prefer advanced technical knowledge on QA industry tools (ex. UIPath, BDD Automation, Selenium, Rally etc.) and Assurance/Testing IT competencies. Must have experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Creates and implements plans to achieve long-term strategic objectives that are aligned with company imperatives and initiatives. Keeps focused on long-term, strategic goals while executing against short-term objectives. Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to effectively deploy resources and manage multiple projects of various diverse scope in a cross functional environment. Partners across boundaries and makes sound business decisions.Extensive track record driving team-wide adoption of new QA technology and trends including BDD and QA test automation, RPA, and model-based testing Proven ability to apply understand of complex distributed system/application concepts to ensure QA delivery of enterprise initiatives involving multiple disparate systems - Ability to keep focused on long-term, strategic goals while executing against short-term objectives.- Extensive staff leadership and supervision experience, proven ability to lead leaders of peoplePreferred QualificationsExtensive Pharmacy, Clinical Systems, or other Healthcare experience- Engineering Center of Excellence (Tools and Processes).- Cloud Testing Experience- Oracle, Java, Angular JS Experience- Dev/Sec/Ops - CI/CD- Proven experience as a change agent and driving shift to automation- Experienced working with onshore and offshore colleaguescontractors- Proven track record driving team-wide adoption of new QA technology and trends - Prior experience in leading large distributed (onsite-offshore) teams- Superior cross-functional collaboration and communication skills- Strong problem solving and strategic critical thinking skills- Outstanding verbal and written communications, including proven ability to interface with senior IT and business leadershipEducationBachelor's Degree RequiredMaster's degree PreferredBusiness OverviewBring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
