Job DescriptionEach supervisor is responsible for up to 14 casemanagers.They provide oversight to ensure memberneeds are met by auditing cases, providing direction,and reviewing cases with their staff. Supervisorsconduct individual and team meetings, auditdocumentation and key measurements of each casemanager and work to effectively manage their teamfor success. Supervisors meet regularly with their manager as well as participate in multiple level leadership meetings, departmental and inter-departmental committees and serve as leads for specialty caseloads and projects. Supervisors also ultimately serve as backups for all case managers. Supervisors provide leadership and subject matter expertise to case managersPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 60,300Maximum: 130,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required QualificationsCase Management Supervisor must either be anArizona licensed registered nurse in good standingor a social worker with a minimum of three years ofcase management experience; or who has a degreein psychology, special education, or counseling, witha minimum of three years' of case managementexperience and three years of managementexperience; or a current Mercy Care Arizona Long Term Care Case Manager who has a degree in a similar or related field as long as the Case Managers also meet the necessary experience required. The Case Management Supervisor must be located in Arizona to oversee case management staff.Preferred QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have had direct ALTCS case manager experience for at least 3 years and at least 3 years of management experience.EducationRN or BSW or MSW or BA/BS in psychology, specialeducation, or counseling.
