Senior Manager Business Data Insights

Job DescriptionThe Business/Data Analyst is part of our Data and Insights team. The role will be hands-on and understand data from a business operations and day to day reporting/business intelligence perspective, including supporting quick insights discovery and experiments. They will be key in understanding, extracting and mining existing CVS data with experience across one or multiple domains including PBM claims, medical claims, specialty pharmacy dispense, retail pharmacy and extracare. The BA will be engaged in profiling data from a business perspective, understanding the business rules to integrate or analyze and be able to partner with technical teams and data engineers, providing them more detailed requirements in order for the data engineering team to develop data back-end for insights product ideas and conduct ongoing analytics. The role may conduct root-cause analysis, measure performance metrics, business case development, benefit realization tracking, and provide overall insights and analysis support. This role will be required to run, design, and analyze CVS data for quick discovery and insights experiments across a several data sources to support external facing solutions and analysis for multiple customer segments. Ultimately, the role will be a key contributor to agile and speedy execution of bringing insights solutions to market.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 115,000Maximum: 230,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
