Job DescriptionThis position is responsible for participating in the development, maintenance, enhancement, and support of the HR Service Delivery Module (HRSD) in ServiceNow. Includes Employee Service Portal, Case and Knowledge management, Virtual Agent, machine Learning, HR Workspace and AI search.This position will effectively and professionally take ownership of high level / complex business requirements and work them to completion. Ensuring communication with management, internal staff, and customers to achieve exceptional results.Responsibilities-Liaise with Business and the rest of the Development team to understand business requirements to provide the technical design and solution for product enhancements / new features.- Own the development and maintenance of documentation for the product including but not limited to, design documentation, technical operations, support documentation, and release notes.- Productive member of a SAFe Agile team which includes owning development stories end to end; code reviews, and testing.- Support current interfaces and the build of new ones through a good understanding of integrations with third party tools.- Work with members of the team, vendors, and other teams in support of application performance tuning and troubleshooting.- Follow the testing and deployment protocols adhering to our best practices and enterprise policies.-Responsible with ensuring that the system complies with our company policies, procedures, and brand standards.- Assist with project management of deliverables associated with product maintenance, enhancements, and other future release projects.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 90,000Maximum: 180,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications- 5 or more years ServiceNow Development; Service Portal; Scoped Applications; Service Catalog.- 3 or more years of experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery development.- 3 or more years of strong ITIL and Agile development experience.- Advanced JavaScript coding abilities.- Demonstrated expertise supporting the implementation, administration, configuration and/or development of the ServiceNow tool and in providing ITIL and IT Service Management Solutions in IT Infrastructure with expertise.-Experience creating and maintaining ServiceNow Logic and Scripts, HR Case Record Producers, Virtual Agent Conversations, Personas, and Portal Widgets.Preferred Qualifications-Ability to script complex scenarios during interactive sessions.-Effectively and professionally communicate with management, internal staff, and customers.- Ability to work independently using sound judgment and reasoning skills to achieve exceptional results.- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment prioritizing work on multiple efforts to ensure timely delivery.- Hyper focused on the customer.
